The Breezeway offers eight cozy, updated efficiencies, just a two-minute walk to the pristine, sugary sands of Clearwater Beach. Whether you're here for relaxation or recreation, you'll love our location:

• Pickleball court and playground on one side
• Tennis court and public pool on the other
• And in between, your very own private heated pool, available exclusively to our guests

After a sun-soaked day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the pool before exploring everything Clearwater Beach has to offer—restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment, the pier, marina, aquarium, and more—all within easy walking distance.
